At Michelle's request I've enabled the avatar function on the forums, which I'm sure everyone will appreciate. Go into your profile (click the "profile" link near the top of the page), and there should be a section near the bottom devoted to uploading your avatar.

Please keep in mind the size limitation is 80x80 pixels. If you need to crop your image beforehand to conform to this limitation, do so in paint, Photoshop, etc. then upload it.
